DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Donald Leo, J.), imposed April 23, 2021, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the period of postrelease supervision imposed as part of the sentence was excessive.

ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the period of postrelease supervision imposed as part of the sentence was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).

DILLON, J.P., BRATHWAITE NELSON, CHAMBERS, WOOTEN and ZAYAS, JJ., concur.
