Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Shea, J.), rendered January 5, 1979, convicting him of rape in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Under the circumstances, the sentence imposed was not improper or an abuse of discretion. Mangano, J. P., Bracken, Weinstein, Lawrence and Kooper, JJ., concur.
