Appeal from judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting the defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to Sing Sing Prison for not less than ten years and not more than twenty years. Judgment unanimously afiirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
