OPINION OF THE COURT
Memorandum.
Judgment of conviction affirmed.
Under the circumstances disclosed herein, defendant’s guilt of a violation of section 1210 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law was established beyond a reasonable doubt. No error appears on the record which would warrant reversal.
