Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 16, 1978 (the date on the sentence minutes is February 16, 1979), convicting him of burglary in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress evidence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Hopkins, J. P., Damiani and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
