Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered September 26, 1961, after a nonjury trial, convicting him of assault in the second degree, and sentencing him as a second felony offender to serve a term of three to six years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Hill, JJ., concur.
