Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting appellant of murder in the first degree, with a recommendation that he be imprisoned for the term of his natural life, and sentencing him to imprisonment for the term of his natural life. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present-—Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ .
