Opinion
— Appeal by the defendant from
an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), dated June 21, 1983, which denied an application for the remission of the forfeiture of bail.
Appeal dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
The defendant has no standing to appeal from the order denying remission of the forfeiture of cash bail posted by his father. Lazer, J. P., Mangano, Gibbons and Bracken, JJ., concur.
