Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, which denied, after a hearing, appellant’s motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court, convicting him of murder in the first degree. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Hallinan, JJ., concur.
