Order of this court entered on July 12, 1962 (see 17 A D 2d 625) is amended to the extent of striking the designation of Joel K. Bohmart, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal taken by defendant-appellant from the judgment of the Court of General Sessions, New York County, rendered on March 14, 1962, and by substituting therefor Conrad L. Teitell, Esq., of 230 Park Ave., New York 17, N. Y., as such counsel. Concur — Botein, P. J., Rabin, Valente, McNally and Stevens, JJ.
