In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Maxfield, case No. 1-15-1965 (11/07/17). The appellate court is directed to consider on direct appeal defendant's claim that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to move to suppress evidence and quash.
