Opinion

Judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 3, 1972, affirmed. No opinion. A certificate will be issued herewith remitting the case to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, which shall direct defendant to surrender himself in order that execution of the judgment shall be commenced or resumed (CPL 460.50, subd. 5). Rabin, P. J., Latham, Shapiro, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
