Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting him of the prime of book-making (Penal Law, § 986), and fining him $50 or imprisonment for ten days in the City Prison. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ.
