Opinion

Judgment of conviction affirmed. Memorandum: A question of fact was presented in this case and we are of the opinion that the verdict is supported by the evidence to the extent required in a criminal case. We have examined the record for errors of fact and law and we find none of sufficient importance to require a reversal. All concur. (The judgment convicts defendant of the crime of attempt to commit extortion.) Present —• Sears, P. J., Crosby, Cunningham, Taylor and Dowling, JJ.
