Opinion

Appeal by defendant from an order of filiation of the Children’s Court of Schenectady county adjudging him to be the father of the unborn child of Sadie Krawczak and requiring him to pay the lying in expenses of the mother and to make provision for the support of the child when born. The evidence supports the determination of the Children’s Court and the order must be affirmed. Order of filiation unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
