Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Harold Rothwax, J.), rendered December 11, 1996, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 3 to 6 years, unanimously affirmed.
Denial of youthful offender treatment was a proper exercise of discretion. Concur — Sullivan, J. P., Rosenberger, Nardelli, Williams and Andrias, JJ.
