Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered March 27, 1961, convicting him, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 10 to 12 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
