— Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by fixing the assessed valuation for the tax year 1942-43 as follows: Land, $529,000; Building, $35,000; Total, $564,000. As so modified, the order is affirmed with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Van Voorhis, JJ.
