Judgment convicting defendant of the crime of doing business without a license in violation of section 340 of the Banking Law, and orders denying defendant’s motions to dismiss the information upon the ground of lack of jurisdiction and for a bill of particulars, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present—Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
