In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Leece , case No. 4-16-0395 (01/03/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Vara , 2018 IL 121823, on the issue of whether it has jurisdiction to address and vacate the clerk-imposed fines in this matter.
