OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

A review of the record establishes that the court had jurisdiction over defendant. In addition, defendant’s conviction of violating paragraph D of section 30-42 of the Fire Preven[303]*303tion Ordinance of the Code of the Town of Brookhaven and of violating section 5-3.1.2 of the Fire Prevention Code of the National Fire Protection Association Code 101 was proper.
