Opinion
Appeal from an order of the Monroe County Court (John J. Connell, J.), entered September 14, 2005. The order affirmed a judgment (denominated order) of the Rochester City Court (Teresa D. Johnson, J.), entered May 13, 2003 determining that defendant is a level two risk pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Scudder, RJ., Hurlbutt, Lunn, Fahey and Pine, JJ.
