Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, sentencing appellant, after he had pleaded guilty of unlawfully possessing narcotics (Penal Law, § 1751, subd. 3), to serve from 15 years to life as a third felony offender (Penal Law, § 1941, subd. 2). Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Pette, JJ.
