Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed on the law, information dismissed and line remitted. The People failed to prove defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
