Opinion

Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting appellant of a violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making) reversed on the law and the facts, the information dismissed and the fine remitted. In our opinion, the evidence adduced was insufficient to establish appellant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MaeCrate and Beldoek, JJ., concur.
