Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the appellant of a violation of section 1146 of the Penal Law by keeping a disorderly house, under which judgment he was sentenced to four months in the workhouse, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Scudder, Tompkins and Johnston, JJ.
