Opinion

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, convicting appellant of assault in the second degree, and from intermediate orders, one of which denied a motion for a new trial, on the ground of newly discovered evidence. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. No separate appeal lies from the intermediate orders, which have been reviewed on the appeal from the judgment. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ. [6 Misc 2d 289.]
