On the court’s own motion, reargument ordered during the February, 1959 session of the Court of Appeals solely with respect to Points VIII, IX and X of appellant’s brief. Meanwhile, the District Attorney will furnish the attorney for appellant with a copy of the document mentioned in Point X of said brief.
