Judgment reversed and the complaint dismissed. The People failed to establish the offense of disorderly conduct within the meaning of section 722 of the Penal Law (People v. Perry, 265 N. Y. 362). Motion to dismiss appeal denied. Application for enlargement of time granted. No opinion.
