Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, petit larceny, and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to serve thirty to sixty years as a second offender. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MaeCrate and Beldoek, JJ.
