Judgment of the County Court of Kings County, convicting defendant of the crime of abortion, unanimously affirmed. The guilt of defendant was palpable and so convincingly proved that the alleged errors must be disregarded. (Code Crim. Proc. § 542.) Present —- Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
