Mr. JUSTICE DRUCKER

delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant was found guilty after a bench trial of the offense of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 38, par. 22—3.) Judgment was entered and he was sentenced to a term of ten to fifteen years.
