Opinion

Appeal by defendant from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 5,1971, which denied his motion for resentence. Appeal dismissed. The order is not appealable. However, we have considered the record herein; and, if the order were appealable, we would affirm it. Rabin, P. J., Hopkins, Latham, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
