Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Malone, Jr., J.), entered January 21, 2005 in Albany County, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 63 (12), to enjoin respondents from making usurious short-term loans.
