Judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered March 24, 1981, affirmed. 11 Defendant’s claim that his arrest was not supported by probable cause has not been preserved for appellate review. In any event, probable cause for the arrest did exist. Mollen, P. J., Thompson, Rubin and Lawrence, JJ., concur.
