Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 7, 1975, convicting him of rape in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered (see People v Isaac, 64 AD2d 718). Hopkins, J. P., Damiani, Titone and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
