Appeal by defendants from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, rendered January 29, 1960 after a non jury trial, convicting each of them of assault in the third degree, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Hill, JJ., concur.
