Judgment unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion, in the interest of justice to provide that the sentence shall be concurrent with the sentence previously imposed, and, as modified, judgment affirmed. (Appeal from judgment of Orleans County Court—absconding from temporary release, first degree.) Present—Marsh, P. J., Moule, Dillon, Denman, and Witmer, JJ.
