Motion for leave to appeal as a poor person from the denial of coram nobis relief by the Bronx County Court is denied. The matters sought to be reviewed have previously been reviewed by this court on direct appeal from the judgment of conviction (People v. Howell, 3 A D 2d 153, affd. 3 N Y 2d 672). Concur — Rabin, J. P., Valente, McNally, Stevens and Eager, JJ.
