Defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Queens County, dated May 18, 1959, denying, after a hearing, his cor am nobis application to vacate a judgment of the same court, rendered June 25, 1937, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to Elmira Reformatory. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
