Motion by defendant for leave to file a late notice of appeal, to dispense with printing, and for assignment of counsel, denied, without prejudice to any application defendant may make at the Criminal Term of the Supreme Court in Kings County (see People v. Hairston, 10 N Y 2d 92, affg. 12 A D 2d 721). Beldock, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Brennan and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
