Opinion
Appeal from a judgment of the Niagara County Court (Peter L. Broderick, Sr., J.), rendered November 8, 2001. A judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree (two counts).
It is hereby ordered that said appeal be and the same hereby is unanimously dismissed (see People v Griffin, 239 AD2d 936 [1997]). Present—Pigott, Jr., PJ., Gorski, Martoche, Lawton and Hayes, JJ.
