Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Queens County, rendered December 7, 1960 after a jury trial, convicting him of assault in the second degree and of possessing a dangerous weapon as a misdemeanor, and sentencing him to serve an indefinite term. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
