Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Oneida County (Michael E. Daley, J.), rendered June 24, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of vehicular manslaughter in the second degree (two counts) and driving while intoxicated. It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed. Present—Kehoe, J.E, Martoche, Centra, Green and Pine, JJ.
