Opinion
Appeal from the judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County which convicted the defendants-appellants of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree. The evidence amply sustains the judgment under appeal. The amendment of the indictment was authorized. (Code Grim. Pro., § 281.) We feel we may not properly say that the sentences were excessive. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed. Present — Foster, P. J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.
