Appeal by defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed April 14, 1977, upon his conviction of manslaughter in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, the sentence being an indeterminate term of imprisonment with a maximum of six years. Sentence affirmed. (See People v Selikoff, 35 NY2d 227, cert den 419 US 1122; People v Walsh, 59 AD2d 726.). Hopkins, J. P., Damiani, Titone and Suozzi, JJ., concur.
