Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting him, after trial, of the crime of perjury in the second degree (Penal Law, § 1620-b) and from the sentence imposed. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. No separate appeal lies from the sentence which has been reviewed on the appeal from the judgment of conviction. Present — Adel, Acting P. J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Beldoek and Murphy, JJ.
