Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the former County Court, Kings County, rendered June 1, 1961 after a nonjury trial, convicting him of criminally receiving and concealing stolen property as a felony (two counts) and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Brennan, Hill and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
