Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting him of a violation of section 973 of the Penal Law (keeping gaming or betting estab[830]*830lishment), and sentencing him to thirty days in the workhouse. Execution of the sentence was suspended. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ.
