Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This application is nothing more or less than a proposition to hand over to the New Hampshire assignee, without security, the special fund for the benefit of the New York stockholders, which this court and the court of appeals have decided should not be paid to said assignee unless he gave security in a sum equal to double the amount. Motion denied.
